The man behind the crave
Tim was quite literally born into the restaurant industry, growing up surrounded by the hustle, heat, and heart that make a great kitchen tick. Over the years, he’s owned everything from bustling bakeries to full-service restaurants and even pasta bars, always bringing his passion for quality and flavor to the table. Now, his love for all things sweet (and a little obsession with the perfect cookie) has led him to Cookie Crave & Creamery, where he’s serving up handcrafted treats that are anything but ordinary.
